About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Chief Analytics & Risk Office at Bureau. You will work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to build reliable analytics foundations and translate data into actionable insights for business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own data hygiene and governance for company-wide metrics, reporting, and insight generation
- →Design, build, and maintain data marts and analytical models to support BI and advanced analytics
- →Manage and evolve the data warehouse and associated ELT pipelines
- →Build and maintain dashboards, monitoring, and automated data-quality checks
- →Work with Data Science teams to operationalise analytical outputs
- →Partner with Product, Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to support decision-making
- →Operate autonomously while solving problems cross-functionally
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- ✓2-4 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
- ✓Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Jinja, and Git
- ✓Experience building reusable, high-performance data transformations
- ✓Ability to manage the data lifecycle end-to-end
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with dbt, Airflow, and AWS
- ✓Ability to craft clear narratives and insights through effective visualisations
