Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and deliver high-quality, performant features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL
- →Set strong patterns for the growing team to follow
- →Partner with teammates to understand business needs and drive data modeling decisions
- →Collaborate with product and design to iterate on product solutions
- →Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering processes, tools, and procedures
- →Promote a culture of collaboration and learning across teams
- →Participate in on-call rotation to ensure clients can always access care
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of professional experience developing web or mobile applications
- ✓Expertise in Python with production experience
- ✓Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down complex problems
- ✓Experience making technical tradeoff decisions with cross-team implications
- ✓Growth mindset and a sense of humor
