About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join ButterflyMX, a company that empowers people to open and manage doors & gates from a smartphone. This role is crucial to our growth engine, driving pipeline and introducing decision-makers to our innovative access solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Fuel the pipeline by setting introductory meetings with key influencers and decision-makers
- →Lead outbound calls, send strategic emails, and engage prospects with purpose
- →Research and expand new and existing accounts by adding contacts and identifying the right stakeholders
- →Qualify and nurture leads through thoughtful, targeted cadences
- →Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize, follow through, and convert leads into pipeline
- →Meet targets for activity, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated
- →Manage and track leads in our CRM with accurate, up-to-date records
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role
- ✓Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- ✓Collaborative spirit, knowing when to take ownership and when to lean on the team
- ✓Tech-savvy, comfortable using tools and eager to suggest process improvements
