About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at MongoDB. This role focuses on driving growth and success by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of MongoDB solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively develop, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, primarily focused on new customer acquisition and existing account growth
- →Create sales opportunities with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- →Conduct outbound activities like cold calls and email campaigns to secure new customers
- →Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- →Collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
- →Participate in structured sales bootcamps, advanced sales training, and leadership development programs
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced market with a focus on closing new accounts and expanding existing ones
- ✓Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- ✓Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- ✓Skill in building business champions and long-term partnerships
- ✓Highly driven and competitive with a strong desire for success
- ✓Fluent English communication skills
- ✓Must reside in South Korea
