About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive sales efforts by generating new business opportunities with potential enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and facilitate sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct cold-calling and multi-channel outreach initiatives targeting specified accounts or self-researched contacts to identify and qualify opportunities.
- →Assess accounts/prospects based on predefined criteria and identify prospect needs and challenges.
- →Arrange meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- →Follow up and reschedule with prospects as needed to ensure meeting occurrence.
- →Identify decision-makers and key influencers within prospects’ organizations.
- →Articulate our value proposition persuasively over the phone.
- →Cultivate positive relationships with prospects and internal teams.
- →Document prospect interactions leveraging Salesforce CRM.
- →Collaborate with Outside Account Executive counterparts to achieve monthly targets.
- →Contribute to defining and refining the enterprise playbook.
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of SDR/BDR/ISR experience.
- ✓Proven track record of thriving in a quota-driven environment.
- ✓Demonstrated experience in conducting multi-channel cold outreach to prospective customers.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks effectively.
- ✓Strong work ethic and drive.
- ✓Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
- ✓Excellent research and analytical skills.
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ✓Salesforce CRM experience and familiarity with sales engagement platforms is a plus.
- ✓Coach-ability and a team focused mindset.
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, new team environment.
