The Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across the entire BI organization. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, this role drives execution, accountability, and operational rigor across BI initiatives.
This individual will manage cross-functional projects, standardize documentation and workflows, and create clear visibility into BI priorities and progress. As the Project Management function evolves within Operations, this role will partner closely with other Operations PMs to align on best practices while ensuring BI-specific needs are met.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and execution driven. They bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly and directly, prioritize effectively, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables.

Your impact:
• Lead end-to-end execution of Business Intelligence projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and closure
• Partner with BI team members and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, ownership, and success criteria
• Establish clear project milestones and measurable success criteria; actively track performance against goals and ensure visibility into progress and outcomes
• Proactively communicate project status, progress, timelines, and roadblocks to stakeholders
• Maintain clear visibility into all active BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with department and company priorities
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively address bottlenecks
• Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments and drive projects forward with urgency
• Standardize and maintain BI project documentation and SOPs in Confluence
• Establish consistent reporting structures to communicate BI priorities and progress across sub-teams
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
• Collaborate with Operations PMs to align on project governance, tools, and best practices as the PM function grows
About you:
• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or a related field
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working with limited supervision
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
• Clear, direct communication and strong documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and follow-through
• Process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows and documentation
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
