About the Role

The Financial Analyst at Buyers Edge Platform is responsible for analyzing financial results, preparing financial reporting packages, and supporting the planning process. This role works closely with the Manager of FP&A to build processes, reports, and dashboards to support the growing business.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, creating P&L views with budget/forecast comparisons
→Prepare consolidated financial reports and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews
→Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
→Expand reporting capabilities using BEP software tools
→Create ad hoc reports and presentations as needed

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar; MBA/CPA preferred
✓5+ years of finance/accounting experience with a focus on analytics
✓Advanced Excel skills required
✓Financial modeling and strong analytical skills required
✓NetSuite or other ERP system experience a plus
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
✓Experience with SFDC and Planful a plus
✓In-depth understanding of accounting principles
✓Understanding of databases and queries
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
