About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Professional to join our team at BVNK, a company building stablecoin-native infrastructure for global money movement. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, OKR management, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the company goal-setting process by designing, launching, and managing the company-wide OKR program
→Lead strategic initiatives from requirements definition to implementation with strong metrics tracking
→Transform data usage to build departmental metrics and performance monitoring systems
→Lead operational efficiency workstreams to baseline, size, prioritize, and deliver results for cross-functional workflows
→Design and execute process optimization projects to enhance workflow efficiency
→Build scalable operational processes using AI/automation and SOPs

Requirements

✓5-8 years work experience in a fast-paced Tech (FinTech preferable) environment
✓Demonstrated expertise in OKR management and designing performance measurement programs
✓Experience leading complex strategic initiatives end-to-end
✓Ability to distill complex problems into actionable direction
✓Intellectual curiosity and comfort working with ambiguity
