About the Role
C3 Integrated Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the operation and maintenance of managed cloud, endpoint, and infrastructure platforms. This role will ensure client environments remain stable, secure, and compliant with CMMC Level 2 (NIST SP 800-171) practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform administrative tasks within Microsoft 365, Azure/Azure Gov, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams environments
- →Implement configuration changes and maintenance activities across managed systems and platforms
- →Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- →Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and manage user access and operational maintenance
- →Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and network issues
- →Respond to monitoring alerts and assist with incident resolution
- →Support secure access technologies such as Zscaler
- →Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational records
- →Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Project, and Compliance teams
- →Participate in rotating emergency on-call support
Requirements
- ✓3+ years Systems Administration experience
- ✓Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- ✓Experience with Intune device management
- ✓Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- ✓Experience working in MSP or multi-client environments
