About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own CAI’s expanding digital products and services. This role focuses on driving innovation and delivery of compliant digital solutions for regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives from intake through launch
- →Lead planning and coordination across cross-functional teams
- →Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for CAI’s digital toolkit
- →Act as Scrum Product Owner across Agile teams
- →Facilitate alignment across operations, regulatory advisors, and leadership
- →Ensure solutions align with global regulatory expectations including 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, GxP, and ISO 27001
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product management within life sciences or regulated environments
- ✓2+ years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile role
- ✓Experience with digital validation, quality systems, or operational technology platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity, and CSV principles
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
