Salary Range
$40 - $50 /hour
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead structured discovery with program and operations stakeholders to uncover goals, constraints, exceptions, and decision logic.
- →Translate policy and operational needs into build-ready requirements artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, and process maps.
- →Facilitate requirement reviews and alignment sessions to ensure shared understanding and documented decisions.
- →Act as a gatekeeper for incoming work requests and support backlog management.
- →Collaborate with Project/Program Managers, Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA/UAT stakeholders to drive clarity and consistent delivery outcomes.
- →Maintain traceability from intake to requirements to build to test.
- →Define test scenarios and support test case creation for UAT.
- →Maintain high-quality documentation in Confluence and ensure consistent artifact quality across initiatives.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software delivery in an SDLC environment.
- ✓Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder interviewing and translating ambiguous asks into clear, testable requirements.
- ✓Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- ✓Strong process mapping skills and ability to translate process into system behavior.
- ✓Salesforce ecosystem experience, including understanding of objects/data concepts and automation constraints.
- ✓Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins/developers and external vendors.
- ✓Proficiency with Jira and strong documentation practices.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
