About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to drive our test automation initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python-based automation and mandatory proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Python and pytest
- →Develop automated test suites for web applications (Selenium) and RESTful APIs
- →Own CI/CD pipeline integration and optimization using Jenkins
- →Lead code reviews, establish automation standards, and mentor team members
- →Actively use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for development, debugging, and problem-solving
- →Drive AI tool adoption within the team and contribute to building an AI-first engineering culture
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on test automation experience
- ✓Expert-level Python programming skills
- ✓Strong experience with pytest, Selenium, and RESTful API testing
- ✓Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and Jenkins
- ✓Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- ✓Proven hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily development work (mandatory)
- ✓Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
