About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, creative builder to establish Cambly's voice in organic channels from the ground up. This high-impact role focuses on creating sustainable channels that reduce reliance on paid advertising while building trust with professional English learners globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute Cambly's SEO/AEO program to increase organic search visibility across APAC, LATAM, and Europe
- →Create global social media strategy with localized content approaches for different markets
- →Build community management frameworks for global platforms including Naver in Korea
- →Manage SEO content agencies and coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality content
- →Track and report on SEO, social, and community performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO strategy including technical SEO and link-building
- ✓Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- ✓Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable business results
- ✓Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- ✓Native in UAE with excellent English communication skills
