About the Role
Cambly is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth across APAC markets, with a focus on Korea and Japan. This role combines performance marketing and influencer marketing, requiring strong analytical skills and ownership in managing paid acquisition campaigns and building creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and regional platforms like Naver, Kakao, and Yahoo Japan
- →Monitor daily performance and optimize ad campaigns for CAC, conversions, and marketing efficiency
- →Test new creatives, audiences, and platforms in collaboration with creative teams
- →Support global campaign execution and follow launch calendars
- →Create monthly campaign reports and creative analysis
- →Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with target audiences
- →Reach out to influencers, negotiate, and secure contracts
- →Plan and execute influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- →Manage timelines, deliverables, and content approvals
- →Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies
- →Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams
- →Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and localized for APAC markets
- →Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitive activity
Requirements
- ✓4 years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- ✓Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
- ✓Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- ✓Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
- ✓Excellent organization and project management skills
- ✓Native in Korean and fluent in English
- ✓Understanding of the Korean digital ads and influencer marketing landscapes
