About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and independent Customer Support Specialist to support learners in Turkish-speaking markets for Cambly, a platform transforming English language learning through real conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle and resolve learner inquiries through various communication channels
- →Provide accurate information to address learner needs and issues
- →Liaise with cross-functional partners to address complex learner feedback
- →Share insights on user trends to support product and process improvements
- →Maintain service excellence according to established quality benchmarks
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
- ✓Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills
- ✓Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English
- ✓Strong self-motivation and ability to operate independently
- ✓University degree and interest in EdTech/Language learning industry
