About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Campfire. This advanced SDR role focuses on breaking into and expanding within complex, high-value accounts, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategically manage inbound leads from larger, more complex organizations
- →Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning and outbound strategy
- →Execute account-based outbound into named enterprise accounts using multi-touch sequences
- →Multi-thread into accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- →Run discovery calls to uncover pain points and buying dynamics
- →Qualify opportunities before handing off to Enterprise AEs
- →Maintain detailed activity and account notes in HubSpot or Apollo
- →Collaborate on messaging, deal prep, and opportunity strategy
- →Refine outbound plays and messaging as we scale
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- ✓Strong outbound skills with experience in account-based outreach
- ✓Comfort navigating longer sales cycles and complex buying environments
- ✓Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams preferred
- ✓Confident communication skills — both phone and written
- ✓Highly organized and proactive in a fast-moving startup
- ✓Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
- ✓Curious, coachable, and motivated to master enterprise sales
