About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead complex customer implementations and help strengthen our implementation practices. This role involves managing the entire implementation lifecycle and contributing to internal best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations end-to-end
- →Manage implementation kickoff, configuration, migration, testing, and go-live
- →Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track
- →Act as an informal escalation point for Implementation Managers when needed
- →Help develop and refine implementation playbooks, migration patterns, and internal standards
- →Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve complex issues
- →Ensure strong customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
- →Support a smooth transition to Support or Customer Experience after go-live
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience leading complex customer implementations
- ✓Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems in fast-moving environments
- ✓Deep understanding of implementation workflows, data migration, and configuration
- ✓Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to mentor and guide team members without formal management responsibility
- ✓Strong collaboration across technical and customer-facing teams
