About the Role

Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them implement Camunda's process orchestration platform to achieve measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, guiding them through their Camunda adoption journey
→Create and execute tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes
→Provide hands-on technical guidance and best practices to both business and technical stakeholders
→Identify and mitigate risks through platform health checks and escalation management
→Build strong relationships with cross-functional Camunda teams to drive customer outcomes
→Spend time on-site with accounts (up to 50% during busy periods) to deepen partnerships
→Work with public sector accounts requiring security clearance

Requirements

✓At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or comparable role in enterprise software
✓Hands-on experience with a high-level programming language (Java, C#, Python) and enterprise software frameworks
✓Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics (especially Kubernetes)
✓Proven track record of building trusted relationships and providing advisory services
✓Strategic problem-solving skills with a collaborative, impact-driven mindset
✓Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 50% during busy periods)
