About the Role

We are looking for an Education Content Program Manager to join Canva's Indonesia Education Vertical. This role involves managing curriculum-aligned education content production, working with educators and global teams to deliver classroom-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end execution of curriculum-aligned education content production for Indonesia
→Translate education content priorities into clear production plans and manage pipelines
→Coordinate with local educators, reviewers, and external contributors
→Progress education content acquisition initiatives for Indonesian classrooms
→Track delivery and curriculum coverage through regular audits

Requirements

✓3–5 years of experience in content production, education programs, or project management
✓Strong understanding of the Indonesian K–12 curriculum and classroom realities
✓Proven experience managing end-to-end content production
✓Experience working with diverse stakeholders including educators and vendors
✓Highly organized with attention to detail and sound judgment around content quality
✓Clear and reliable communication skills
