About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing Research to join Canva's global marketing organization. This role will be responsible for shaping how research underpins strategy and decision-making at scale as Canva continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

→Set the bar for marketing research at Canva by defining research standards, methodologies and best practices
→Build research capability across the marketing organization through education, coaching and knowledge sharing
→Partner with the Head of Marketing Strategy to identify how research will inform strategic approach
→Build and connect the research community by bringing researchers together
→Own global research programs like Global Brand Health Metrics
→Drive research quality and impact by ensuring outputs are rigorous and actionable

Requirements

✓7-10+ years of experience in marketing research
✓Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
✓Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into research strategies
✓Strong leadership and coaching skills
✓Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
✓Experience managing global research programs and working across markets
✓Knowledge of brand health tracking, marketing effectiveness measurement and emerging research methodologies
