About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Compliance Assistant to support our work in cutting-edge sectors. This role involves assisting with legal research, document review, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- โAssist with work in cutting-edge sectors including AI & algorithm, data privacy, and content moderation
- โReview and monitor laws, regulations, judicial decisions, and other legal materials
- โConduct legal research to organize, analyze, and validate information
- โAssist with reviewing agreements, filings, policies, and other legal documents
- โWork collaboratively across multiple functions to manage tasks and projects
- โSupport compliance needs and help implement corporate compliance policies
- โSupport management systems relating to contracts, law firm invoices, and department record keeping
- โHelp prepare and deliver training and guidebooks
- โAssist with stamping, archiving, and maintaining records and files
Requirements
- โStrong understanding of legal research methods
- โAbility to review and analyze legal documents
- โExcellent organizational and communication skills
- โAttention to detail and ability to work with complex information
