About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Productivity Group team. This role focuses on driving product offerings in the Visual Suite, including Docs, Email, Sheets, Presentations, Whiteboards, and Websites.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild alignment & momentum towards a common goal across teams, groups, and timezones
- βPartnering with product and design for road mapping, planning resourcing and goal setting
- βGrow a team vertically & horizontally - invest in our people & add new ones
- βCoach up and coming coaches to further develop leadership capability across the team
- βCreating a collaborative & open team environment
- βKeeping situational awareness across multiple complicated workstreams
- βConnect the dots from now to our long term product vision
- βRuthlessly prioritize - keep us focused on the critical problems
- βDesign, develop and deploy solutions and hands-on software development
- βFacilitate knowledge sharing and optimally advocate for engineering needs
- βModels initiative and ownership in achieving goals

Requirements
- βExperience in product management with a focus on AI/ML integration
- βStrong leadership and team management skills
