About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (Design) to join Canva's team. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions that resonate with design, brand, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead high-impact discovery with enterprise customers to understand creative workflows and pain points
- βDesign and deliver tailored Canva demos for brand, design, and marketing stakeholders
- βAdvise on brand governance, template systems, approval workflows, and scalable self-serve creation
- βCreate reusable playbooks, enablement content, and solution guides to scale impact across AMER
- βCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Technical Pre-Sales to support the full customer journey
Requirements
- βExperience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, consulting, enterprise onboarding, or creative ops
- βUnderstanding of how brand and marketing teams operate
- βConfidence in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
- βOrganized, calm under pressure, and comfortable running multiple opportunities at once
- βStrong visual storytelling and a designerβs eye for customer interactions
