About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Canva's Talent Acquisition group in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role will support US-based roles while working closely with the Business TA team based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs
- →Design and execute sourcing strategies to bring in exceptional, diverse talent
- →Own the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences
- →Act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions
- →Contribute to global TA initiatives and help shape Canva’s talent brand in the U.S.
