About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team at Canva in Manila. This role involves engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in Canva's products and services, leveraging sales expertise to guide them through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- βRespond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from potential customers interested in Canva's products and services.
- βBuild rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, understanding their design challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
- βEducate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva's subscription plans and premium offerings.
- βConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canva's capabilities and help prospects envision how our platform can meet their design needs.
- βProvide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- βMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using a CRM software.
- βCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.
- βStay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Canva's products in the marketplace.
Requirements
- βProven track record of success in inbound sales, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
- βStrong interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful relationships across diverse customer segments.
- βSelf-motivated and results-driven, always striving to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- βTech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- βAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in every challenge.
- βFluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- βOpen to working a flexible, shifting schedule based on business needs.
