About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join Canva's team in Austin, Texas. This role involves guiding enterprise customers through the post-implementation journey, from early adoption to renewal and expansion. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full value of Canva's platform to achieve their business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

→Extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction by leading the post-sale relationship with strategic accounts
→Work to understand customer objectives and identify areas for growth within existing accounts
→Create, educate, and collaborate on best-in-class processes and practices for operating as a top SaaS business
→Cultivate team culture and talent to attract and motivate high-performing individuals
→Identify product improvements and ensure clients are up-to-date on the latest features and offerings

Requirements

✓6+ years of enterprise-level post-sale experience in B2B SaaS
✓Proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas
✓Commercially minded with strategic thinking and consultative approach
✓Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level credibility
✓Data-driven with ability to interpret metrics and build compelling narratives
✓Bias for action and resourcefulness in challenging situations
✓Excellent communication and influence skills
✓Relevant industry experience with enterprise customers in real estate, SaaS, CPG, brands, or agencies
