About the Role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Investment team, focusing on Capital Markets and Wealth & Asset Management. This role involves delivering real change for clients through strong business analysis and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design
→Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across financial services domains
→Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programs
→Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery
→Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

✓Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
✓Deep knowledge of Capital Markets and securities processing
✓Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
✓Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication
✓Good knowledge of French or Dutch and English
