About the Role
Capco is seeking Product Managers to join our growing team in Belgium. As a Product Manager, you will work with banking and financial services clients to create products that customers love and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work alongside multidisciplinary product teams to identify and solve key customer problems
- →Involve in the entire product lifecycle from research to launch and optimization
- →Provide structured insights into end users through market studies and research
- →Ensure product viability by understanding financial institution constraints
- →Focus on achieving business and customer outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in product management
- ✓Knowledge of ecommerce payments and acceptance gateways
- ✓Proven track record in building end-to-end products
- ✓Understanding of product methodologies and agile delivery methods
- ✓Strong interest in technology
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- ✓Skill in tackling complex problems and presenting logical recommendations
- ✓Well-versed in the banking and financial services sector
- ✓Fluency in English
