About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team at Capco, a global technology and business consulting firm focused on the financial services and energy sectors. This role involves building and enhancing the user interface for an agent-based application MVP.

Key Responsibilities

→Build responsive and user-friendly UI features using TypeScript/JavaScript (preferably React)
→Develop chatbot experiences including streaming responses, conversation history, citation visualization, and feedback capture
→Create UI reporting components such as usage metrics, results, audit views, and operational dashboards
→Implement event/workflow-oriented UI patterns including task status, steps, approvals, notifications, and activity timelines
→Integrate with backend APIs (REST/WebSockets) and manage authentication/session state
→Ensure high-quality UI through unit/component testing, bug fixes, and collaboration with QA
→Work closely with backend/agentic developers and designers to improve UX, accessibility, and performance

Requirements

✓More than 3 years of frontend development experience with strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
✓Experience building modern web applications (preferably React; similar frameworks are acceptable)
✓Experience consuming APIs and managing state (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar)
✓Familiarity with component libraries and design systems; solid CSS fundamentals
✓Understanding of frontend testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar)
✓Advanced/Fluent English
