About the Role
We are seeking an HR Project Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across Capco. This fixed-term role will play a key part in business analysis activities, working closely with project and programme leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead requirements gathering and analysis across multiple HR workstreams
- →Support system implementation activities including testing, integrations, and data migration
- →Coordinate defect logging and track resolution during system testing phases
- →Partner with vendors and internal teams during system configuration
- →Drive legacy system clean-up activities and create supporting documentation
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP or SAP SuccessFactors
- ✓Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
- ✓Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- ✓Analytical capability with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across regional teams
