About the Role
Capco is seeking experienced London Market Consultants to join their growing Insurance practice. You’ll work on transformational projects with leading Lloyd’s and Companies Market participants, helping to modernise processes and implement digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives
- →Deliver consulting services including business analysis, project management, and data strategy
- →Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations
- →Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market
- →Drive collaboration across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technology teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with London Market entities such as syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs
- ✓Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance
- ✓Strong understanding of both business and IT functions - underwriting, claims, e-trading, policy admin
- ✓Expertise in London Market processes and initiatives (e.g. Future at Lloyd’s, RPA, e-trading)
- ✓Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and delivery
