Job Title: Product Manager – Technical (Business Analyst) Location: Vadodara (Hybrid) Experience: 6–10 Years About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager – Technical (Business Analyst) who can operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving delivery of high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience working within agile product teams in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery • Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments • Support API integrations, system interactions, and data mapping activities • Ensure quality through UAT coordination, validation, and defect tracking • Act as a bridge between business, technology, and external stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement of product features and delivery processes Must-Have Skills & Experience • 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, BRD/FRD creation • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in client-facing roles and hybrid delivery models Good-to-Have Skills • Experience in payments, banking, or financial services domain • Exposure to digital platforms and API ecosystems • Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools • Experience working with distributed/global teams Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High attention to detail with a delivery-focused approach • Ability to manage ambiguity and work in fast-paced environments
