About the Role
Capco is seeking a Management Consultant with strong Life & Pensions expertise to join their Insurance practice. This role combines Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management capabilities, supporting clients across strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support end-to-end transformation initiatives across Life & Pensions, spanning strategy, analysis, and delivery
- →Define business requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate regulatory or strategic drivers into structured change artefacts
- →Manage project plans, governance forums, RAID processes, budgets, and stakeholder communications
- →Support implementation activities including testing strategy, UAT coordination, and benefits realisation tracking
- →Partner with business and technology teams to align operating model design, process change, and system implementation
Requirements
- ✓Experience delivering change within Life & Pensions, either in consulting or industry roles
- ✓Strong Business Analysis capability (requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design) combined with delivery or project leadership experience
- ✓Demonstrable success supporting regulatory, operational, or technology transformation programmes
- ✓Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences
