Key Responsibilities

→Undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases using AGILE methodology
→Liaise with business teams, vendors, and partner systems to formulate detailed requirements
→Interpret user requirements and produce detailed documentation
→Produce high-level and detailed impact assessments
→Write, analyze, and review high-level test scenarios
→Analyze and investigate Production defects and Testing issues
→Walk-through Business Operations team with detailed requirements and technical design
→Encourage best practices in solution development
→Carry out knowledge sharing and training activities

Requirements

✓6-12 years of experience
✓Working knowledge of Pega platform
✓Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and Banking Domain
✓Understanding of ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats, payment schemes
✓3+ years of Payments Industry experience in Tier-1 IT organizations
✓Strong experience with ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT, ADMI), SWIFT formats
✓Experience with Payments Schemes – Singapore, Hongkong, South Africa, US, UK, India
✓Experience with Products – ACI MTS and UPF
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders
