About the Role
Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of their Securities Services practice, focusing on driving change and transformation. This is an opportunity to lead complex client programs and build consulting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead large-scale transformation programs across fund administration, transfer agency, middle office, and securities operations.
- →Provide deep subject matter expertise across Fund Accounting processes, controls, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
- →Act as a senior advisor to clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and delivery roadmaps across the fund administration lifecycle.
- →Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.
- →Mentor and guide consulting teams, helping to build a strong and scalable capability within the practice.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years experience in consulting covering securities services/capital markets, with strong expertise in Securities Services.
- ✓Strong consulting background with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- ✓Strong track record leading large-scale transformation programs, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, and platform modernization.
- ✓Strong program and project leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- ✓Proven experience in driving sales, business development, and practice growth, including strong client relationship, opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal leadership.
- ✓Experience contributing to practice development, including frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
