About the Role
Capco is seeking a Project Manager Consultant to lead end-to-end project delivery in investment services and capital markets. This role involves managing scope, timelines, resources, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring outcomes meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
- →Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes
- →Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
- →Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting
- →Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums
- →Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
- →Act as the key liaison between businesses and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓10 years’ experience managing projects end-to-end
- ✓Strong understanding of securities flow front to back
- ✓Experience in Investment Services / Capital Markets
- ✓Experience in complex project implementation
- ✓Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
- ✓Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
- ✓Fluency in Dutch or French with excellent knowledge of English
- ✓Willing to travel
