About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Operations Lead to oversee the operational performance of our UK business. Reporting to the COO, you will ensure the region operates efficiently and aligns with firm-wide standards, enabling consulting teams to focus on client delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and optimise the regional operating model, ensuring alignment with firm-wide standards
→Partner with Finance to oversee regional P&L performance, revenue forecasting, and cost control
→Lead workforce planning, capacity modelling, and deployment strategy
→Ensure strong governance, commercial approvals, and risk management
→Develop robust performance dashboards and provide data-driven insights

Requirements

✓Experience in operations, commercial, or business management within professional services
✓Ownership of P&L or operational performance within a multi-million revenue business unit
✓Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced analytical capability
✓Experience implementing operational frameworks and governance models
✓Ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders
