About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified Scrum of Scrums Master to play a critical role in coordinating multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment, removing impediments between teams, and effective delivery at scale. In an international environment, you will interact daily in English, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Leadership to ensure transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate and lead Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams.
- →Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments between teams, conducting resolution and escalation when necessary.
- →Support and guide Scrum Masters and teams in Agile, Scrum, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- →Ensure alignment between team execution and program/portfolio goals and roadmaps.
- →Promote transparency by tracking and communicating progress, risks, and metrics.
- →Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability among teams.
- →Work with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering Leadership to support planning and execution.
- →Identify systemic issues that impact delivery and drive organizational improvements.
- →Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate daily in English with global teams.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Scrum of Scrums Master in complex, multi-team environments.
- ✓Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum, with practical experience in coordinating multiple teams.
- ✓Experience in managing dependencies, risks, and impediments between teams.
- ✓Solid understanding of Agile scaling concepts and frameworks.
- ✓Ability to facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and discussions with senior stakeholders.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- ✓Excellent communication in English for daily collaboration with global teams.
- ✓Leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
