About the Role
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Guidewire expertise to join their Insurance practice. This role involves working with leading insurers to deliver Guidewire-led transformations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business analysis activities across Guidewire implementation, upgrade, or integration programmes
- →Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements aligned to Guidewire configuration and development
- →Facilitate workshops with underwriting, claims, operations, and IT stakeholders to define target-state processes
- →Support backlog management, user story creation, and sprint ceremonies within Agile delivery environments
- →Ensure traceability between business requirements, system configuration, testing, and deployment
Requirements
- ✓Strong Business Analysis experience within Insurance (P&C, London Market, or Specialty preferred)
- ✓Hands-on experience working on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter programmes
- ✓Proven ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements for Guidewire configuration
- ✓Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models with cross-functional technology teams
- ✓Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
