About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support digital transformation in the financial sector. This role involves analyzing technology landscapes and optimizing operational processes in the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze technology landscapes to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
- →Review and assess existing operational processes against target processes
- →Develop target operating models for card-related processes
- →Support teams during system changes, including data migration and process adjustments
- →Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience with banking processes, preferably in cards issuing
- ✓Strong understanding of operational processes related to card issuing
- ✓Practical experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM
- ✓Ability to model business processes using BPMN and tools such as ARIS, Signavio, or Bizagi
- ✓Strong analytical skills with process data interpretation
- ✓Experience in implementation, transformation, or system migration projects
- ✓Knowledge of process digitalization, automation, and RPA solutions
- ✓Higher education degree in IT, finance, business, or related field
- ✓Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
