About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm. This role involves working on engaging projects with international and local banks, insurance companies, and other key players in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements
- →Actively participate in the design and architecture of the application or its components
- →Integrate automation solutions with Azure services and ensure seamless connectivity with ServiceNow
- →Design and implement automation scripts and modules using C#, PowerShell, and Python
- →Configure applications in different environments
- →Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production problems
- →Follow SDLC guidelines including coding standards and compliance with security controls
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓Minimum 8 years in engineering roles, with significant experience in automation and workflow engineering
- ✓Proven experience with GitHub Actions/Workflow, Azure Automation, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and scripting/programming in C#, PowerShell, and Python
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments
