About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Charlotte office on a 2–3 month temporary contract. This role will provide full-cycle recruitment support across Financial Services domain hiring, covering a mix of full-time employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment across Financial Services domain roles (FTE and contractor hiring)
- →Partner with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
- →Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience
- →Work closely with external vendors and agency partners to support contractor hiring needs
- →Track and manage recruitment activity with strong organization and attention to detail
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within Financial Services or professional services
- ✓Experience hiring both permanent employees and contractors
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- ✓Clear communication skills and a structured, process-driven approach
