About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our expanding global trading platform. This role focuses on creating high-quality creative assets for performance marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong emphasis on the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

→Create platform-optimized assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, Programmatic, and other paid media channels
→Produce static, animated, and short-form video creatives designed to maximize CTR, engagement, and conversion
→Adapt and optimize concepts based on performance insights and A/B test results
→Design social media posts, stories, banners, email graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional materials
→Support motion-based content creation including simple animations, transitions, subtitles, and cut-downs
→Assist in preparing creative variations for localization across different markets in the GCC and MENA
→Ensure all creative output adheres to global brand guidelines while tailoring content for regional relevance
→Maintain a cohesive visual identity across performance and brand-led assets
→Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries
→Manage multiple design requests, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

✓3–5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, ideally within fintech, digital marketing, or fast-paced agency environments
✓A strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing creatives alongside social and brand digital work
✓High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
✓Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects
✓Proven experience creating assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display campaigns
✓Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
✓Strong visual design, layout skills, and high attention to detail
✓Comfortable managing multiple requests, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities
✓Proactive team player who takes feedback on board and applies it quickly
✓Able to balance brand consistency with performance goals and eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment
