About the Role
Careem is building an Everything App for the Middle East, simplifying daily life for millions of customers. As an Account Manager in Careem Shops, you'll play a key role in expanding the platform by onboarding new merchants and stores.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with sales to acquire restaurant partners
- →Develop growth plans for assigned accounts
- →Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- →Use data-driven decision-making to analyze performance
- →Work with merchants and internal teams to improve experiences
- →Partner with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- ✓Strong commitment to customer service and alignment with company values
- ✓Proven track record in direct and channel sales
- ✓Highly motivated with a "hunting spirit"
- ✓Excellent team collaboration skills
- ✓Strong communicator with industry knowledge
- ✓"Can do, will do" attitude
- ✓Highly analytical and comfortable working under pressure
