About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Careem Plus, our membership program in the Middle East. You will act as a co-founder of the business, driving product strategy and leading a team to solve customer problems and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end product initiatives from ideation to launch and impact measurement
- →Own and deliver complex features with dependencies across the Super App
- →Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product roadmap
- →Use market research and customer understanding to shape Careem Plus’ growth
- →Be data-driven in testing hypotheses and uncovering opportunities
- →Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment
- →Foster a culture of product excellence within the squad
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years in product management, ideally in customer-facing applications
- ✓Proven ability to leverage AI to optimize product lifecycle automation
- ✓Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL expertise
- ✓Passion for building great products and solving complex problems
- ✓Skilled at rallying cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- ✓Ability to deeply understand and design for diverse customer needs
- ✓Strong facilitation skills with senior leadership engagement
