About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Recruiter to join our team at Carvana. This role focuses on providing professional recruitment services to ensure our operations departments meet all staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently source candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, and the Carvana website.
- →Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone.
- →Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
- →Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly.
- →Manage the candidate expectations regarding the background check process.
- →Develop hiring leader relationships and a strong understanding of the Operations team(s) business and gaps.
- →Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
- ✓Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates.
- ✓Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team.
- ✓Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- ✓Comfortable with change and can easily adapt.
- ✓Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
