THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our Marketplace & Operations department. You will report to our Marketplace and Operations Lead in Spain, supporting key initiatives to improve our commercial performance, scale operations, and drive efficiency across teams.
In this role, you will also focus on identifying opportunities to automate and optimise internal processes, leveraging data and AI tools to automate workflows, generate insights, and improve decision-making. You will collaborate very closely with our Account Managers and Business Development Managers, helping them streamline their workflows and maximise their impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supporting existing analytical solutions
- Creating reports and dashboards
- Performing ad-hoc analyses
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Tracking and evaluating the performance of our commercial teams
- Monitoring key KPIs and identifying anomalies and growth opportunities
- Identifying, building, and implementing process improvements and automation solutions
- Exploring and applying AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making
- Working closely with Account Managers and BDMs to optimise their day-to-day operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills; you are data-driven and comfortable working with large datasets, and able to structure and present complex concepts clearly
- Structured mindset with the ability to break down complex problems
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively without losing sight of goals
- Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills (comfortable querying and manipulating data)
- Native Spanish and fluent English
GOOD TO HAVE
- Previous experience in an internship or role as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience working with data visualisation tools
- Exposure to automation or no-code/low-code tools is a plus
