About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join carwow’s GYC Advertising team, responsible for scaling the Used and New Car Advertising business. This is a fast-growing commercial role within a startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate and convert cold pipeline for Used Car Advertising
- →Prospect independently via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- →Anchor sales conversations on ROI, profit per unit, stock turn, finance penetration, and control
- →Position carwow honestly as an emerging channel
- →Operate with commercial judgement and discipline
- →Partner with BDRs, Marketing, and Partner Success for clean handovers
Requirements
- ✓Comfortable generating pipeline from scratch
- ✓Strong commercial judgement and decision-making
- ✓Able to use numbers naturally in sales conversations
- ✓Calm and credible under rejection or pushback
- ✓Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change
- ✓High ownership and accountability
