Business Development Representative at Carwow

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join carwow's GYC Advertising team. This role focuses on building the foundations of our Used and New Car Advertising business by creating high-quality outbound pipeline and shaping how we approach dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Generate outbound pipeline through cold-call and message outreach to independent dealers and retail groups
• →Open relevant commercial conversations about Used Car Advertising
• →Book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers
• →Ask structured discovery questions to understand dealer context
• →Disqualify prospects early when there’s no fit
• →Learn how carwow demand works and develop understanding of used-car dealer economics
• →Improve messaging and objection handling through repetition and feedback
• →Hit clear daily and weekly activity targets
• →Maintain accurate CRM records
• →Protect BDM time by avoiding low-quality meetings
