YOUR MISSION
As a Renting Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner for renting companies, specialised renting brokers, dealership groups and financial institutions. Your mission is to optimize their performance on our platform by deeply understanding the mechanics of monthly instalments, fleet management, and the triangulation between manufacturers, funders, and end customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale a portfolio of renting partners (renting companies, specialized renting brokers, dealership groups and financial institutions) to maximize their performance on the carwow platform through weekly phone conversations and bi-annual on-site meetings.
- Ensure that the renting offers displayed at Carwow remain competitive in terms of monthly pricing and service inclusion.
- Consult your client portfolio on operational best practices and create tailored sales growth strategies. Understand their needs and collaborate closely with the right people who can produce change.
- Train and onboard new partners
- Navigate complex stakeholder maps within renting companies, from Fleet Managers to Risk Departments and Commercial Directors.
- Work with our Product and Data teams to improve how renting offers (all-inclusive services like insurance, maintenance, tires) are displayed and compared on the platform.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a B2B client-facing role (account management, sales or consulting), preferably in relationship with the automotive renting industry
- Motivated by achieving results and hitting targets but also providing fantastic customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to manage relationships at all levels from Director level to ground level sales executives.
- To be an active listener, able to interpret needs and objections.
- Comfortable with data led decisions.
- Self-motivated and inspired by autonomy.
- The desire to work in an exciting fast-paced, highly driven environment.
- A great team player, willing to learn and share with the team.
